workshop in progress

ArtLab collaborated with Radcliffe Institute’s Curator Meg Rotzel to host a 5-day intensive workshop in January 2023 to better prepare students to apply to the Radcliffe Institute Public Art Competition (RIPAC.) GSD alums Oopsa Creative Design Studio facilitated the workshop in the ArtLab’s fabrication workshop. The RIPAC is a biennial competition that invites students to submit designs that spark conversations around climate change, climate justice, law, education, and the legacies of slavery. The selected public artwork will be installed in Radcliffe Institute’s Wallach Garden.
