Annex event
After a month-long residency at the Annex, Chinese Art Media Lab (CAMLab) will present a showcase of works-in-progress that includes the immersive architectural installation Peony Pavilion and the multi-channel film To The Moon. The Harvard CAMLab is lead by Professor Eugene Wang and is a studio for experiments in multimedia, visual art, architecture, and design.
About Chinese Art Media Lab (CAMLab): At the intersection of humanistic inquiry and design thinking, CAMLab is an incubator for creative innovation, a base for multimedia experimentation, and a platform for curatorial activities. By translating research concepts into studio practice—which, in turn, drives new research initiatives—CAMLab explores innovative ways of showcasing Chinese art and culture through immersive installations, exhibitions, films, digital publications, curatorial projects, and other multimedia forms.
