The ArtLab is a laboratory for art, research, and technology and consists of a series of flexible studios. The residency program gives visiting artists time and space to pursue their work. Artists in residence interact with students, scholars, critics, and curators from across Harvard University. Advisors of the ArtLab nominate artists in residence. Proposals are requested for faculty and student-led research and projects.

Public access to the ArtLab is limited to public events and by appointment. Please reach out to the ArtLab staff to schedule an appointment or discuss a project idea.

If you anticipate needing accommodations or have questions about accessibility, please contact the ArtLab at or 617-496-7834.
